Mrs. Crawford

About Me:

Hi! I am the science teacher for Opportunity High School.  I am a graduate of NC State University with a degree in polymer and color chemistry.  My background includes working in a research and development facility and teaching earth science, biology, physical science, and chemistry.  This will be my 15th year teaching and my 8th year at the Opportunity School.  I look forward to the 2022/23 school year.  In my classroom, I encourage students to not only learn, but to learn how to learn.  We need to ask questions, seek answers, analyze our surroundings, and formulate innovative solutions.  Please reach out if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.  All of us here at the Opportunity School are here to help!
