    ROAR is Winecoff's PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) model.  ROAR is a school-wide program that provides classroom and individual support in increasing appropriate behaviors. Through instruction, comprehension, and regular practice, all stakeholders use a consistent set of behavior expectations and rules:
