Bethel voters have given a resounding Yes to the Bethel School District bond measure.
The 66% Yes vote means Bethel will be able to replace its oldest school, Cascade Middle School, which opened in 1955.
A new Vocational Education Center will be built at Willamette High School and Vocational Ed classrooms added at Kalapuya High School.
At Irving, we will see a covered play area, enhanced safety measures, updates to technology and textbooks, roof and siding repaired, kitchen upgrades, new playground equipment, and much
more. The Bethel bond will not increase the current tax rate as it will replace older bonds that are being paid off.
