Update: State Testing Schedule
Here is new information regarding state testing. We will be testing participating students in grades 3-5 starting the week of May 24th.

These state tests have been reduced in length considerably and are expected to require about one hour to complete.

Opting Out: If you do not want your child to take these state tests, please complete these opt-out forms prior to May 17th. If your child does not test, they will be provided with other activities during the testing time. Opting-out of state tests carries no consequences for our students.
Students in Online-Only: All state tests must be completed at school, even for students taking part in the Comprehensive Distance Learning/Bethel Online Academy. If you want your online-only child to come onto campus to test on May 26th, please complete this form and let us know if transportation will be needed. If you do not wish your child to come onto campus to test, simply fill out this opt-out form.

Clear Lake School Pictures
Clear Lake will have picture days on April 26th and April 29th to accommodate both A and B Hybrid cohorts.
Students receiving online-only classes will also be able to come to the school Gym on either of those days between the hours of 12:30 and 4:00 PM to have their picture taken. Please wear a mask and follow all social distancing guidelines. Students will be able to remove masks for pictures. We are asking that our online-only students and families enter through the exterior Gym doors on picture days (See Map Below)
Clear Lake families may order pictures online at mylifetouch.com with the Picture day ID: EVTF8BGNR.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
We are offering another opportunity for parent-teacher conferences this year. You are invited to join our teachers for conferences during the week of April 26th to talk about how your student is doing, revisit the goals you may have set during your last conference, and check in with your child’s teacher about any continued support your student may need.
Teachers sent out conference sign-up links last week via email. Our teachers may also reach out to families requesting a conference to talk specifically about the best ways Clear Lake can support your student learner. If you have any trouble using the conference link, or did not receive one, please contact your child’s teacher or our office at 541-689-0511.
