Budget Vote - May 17, 2022:
In-person voting continues this year. You may vote for the District’s budget, propositions and Board election on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. at the Technology and Training Center on campus.Absentee Ballots:
Absentee ballots are available upon request by contacting the BCSD Business Office at (585) 637-1820. Please be sure to carefully complete your absentee ballot. Fill in the bubble completely with pen. Do not mark, tear or deface the ballot. Sign and date the front of the absentee ballot envelope. Print your name, address and town on the back. Both sides must be completed. Place sealed absentee ballot envelope in postage paid return envelope and return. Failure to follow directions may render the ballot void.
Budget Hearing- May 3, 2022:
Community members can learn more about the budget at the Budget Hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 6 p.m. at the Hill School Cafeteria.Board of Education Candidate Information:
One Board of Education member will be elected to serve a five-year term beginning July 1, 2022. The term of Jeffrey Harradine, Vice-President, will expire on June 30, 2022.
Residents must meet the following qualifications to run for a seat on the Board:BOE Candidate Qualifications:

Citizen of the United States

Resident within the boundaries of the Brockport Central School District for a continuous and uninterrupted period of at least one year immediately prior to election day

18 years of age or older

Able to read and write
-
May not have been removed from any school district office within the preceding year

May not reside with another member of the same school board as a member of the same family
-
May not be a current employee of the school district
-
May not simultaneously hold another incompatible public office
