    Renaissance High School Registration:
This is the first step and includes a welcome letter, a RHS and district registration form, BSD policy 3241 notice, RHS alternative learning experience contract, release of information form, home language survey, disaster release information, internet access form, advisory information sheet, district calendar, RHS calendar, RHS class schedule, and an advisory sheet. Students and their families are required to complete each of the forms in the registration packet before they are scheduled to come to the next step of the intake process.
    • These forms can be found on the RHS or District website.
    • You are also welcome to come in person and fill out a hard copy if you are unable to register online.

For new students to the District or you've been out of school/district for any amount of time, you will need to fill out a new registration packet. If you are transferring from either BHS or MVMS, please meet with your school counselor for a smaller registration packet to transfer to RHS.

    RHS Orientation:
Students are required to go through Orientation to learn about the campus and culture of RHS and to learn the specific expectations of Alternative Learning Education standards. Orientation lasts an hour where you will meet different members of the staff and get set up with an appointment with your Advisor.

    Advisory Appointment:
You and your guardians will meet with your assigned Adviser to review your transcript and set up classes (this appointment usually takes a few days after Orientation and takes roughly 30 minutes). After this meeting you will start classes within the next few days. Your Advisor will let you know when your start date is, and the Front Office will help you get technology, school supplies, ORCA cards, etc based on your needs to start school successfully.
