My name is Tanika Williams, and I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker at Nichols and Gorenflo Elementary. I have a Masters in Social Work, a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Social Work. I am currently expanding my knowledge to continue to be knowledgeable in my field. I am married to my amazing husband of 22 years, and we have two wonderful boys. 

I love being a social worker. It is my passion and my calling. Being able to advocate, provide services, give students and families a voice and so much more is beyond amazing. I wouldn't choose another field of work. It is important to know that there are many broad areas of social work, but school social work has brought a lot of joy.
