Research & Library DatabasesResearch is an important aspect of school projects and essays and knowing where to find RELIABLE information can be a daunting task. See below for information on research and using databases. What are Library or Research Databases?A database is a searchable collection of information. In library research, a database is where you can find newspaper and magazine articles, images, videos, biographies, audio recordings, critical essays, and more. Each database contains thousands of these items which you can search for simultaneously and quickly. Research databases are curated by librarians and experts in their field which means the information is accurate and reliable.Off Campus AccessIf you are trying to access the databases off campus, view this document for usernames and passwords.
