Dual Enrollment (RCC and Norco)

Step One: PAF
- Complete the Parent Authorization Form (PAF) and submit to the Guidance Office for Approval.
- The school will approve your application and submit the PAF and Transcripts directly to RCC
Step Two: Apply to RCC
- Complete the online application to RCC (use a personal email address, not your HHS email)
Step Three: Welcome Email
- You will receive a Welcome Email from RCC with the following information:
- RCC Student ID number
- RCC Student Email Address
- Instructions to log in to MY PORTAL
- Save this email!
Step Four: Dual Enrollment Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email from RCC's Dual Enrollment confirming that you are clear to register
Step Five: Register for Classes
- Register for classes through My Portal
- Complete the Parent Authorization Form (PAF) and submit to the Guidance Office for Approval.
