11 years into coaching Track & Field and Cross Country, I am excited to be coming into the 4th year here as a proud Trojan of Hillcrest High School. I began the passion of running my Junior year of High School at Redlands East Valley HS. From there I became fortunate enough to coach and compete professionally as a representative of Nike and still compete at an elite level individually. I've competed from 400m up to a Half Marathon, and a handful of Triathlons. I have my degrees in Psychology (I/O Psych) and Kinesiology (Pedagogy & Exercise Science) from CSUSB.

Wellness is a passion of mine and find great pride and fortune to be able to pass that on to our Scholar Athletes here at Hillcrest. I strive to give our students a lifelong skill of mental and athletic wellness, while developing them into promiment, perservering, and productive people to society. We hold high expectations and dedications to them and understand they will progress positively and come out with an excellent experience. We look forward to their success individually and as a team.

As a productive of Riverside, CA, I am excited to be able to assist in molding the athletes to come out of our area. In high school, I was a member of the football and track teams at John W North High School.  I was able to continue my athletic career at Morehouse College on the track and field team; where I was all-conference in the high jump and decathlon (10 events over the course of two days).  As a former collegiate decathlete, I take pride in assisting each student in developing as a well-rounded athlete that specializes in the skill of Cross Country. As I enter for 4th year of coaching with Hillcrest, I am excited for the future success of our student-athletes. Our team continues to mature and grow into competitors that are respected at all tournaments that they attend.
