Scanning Documents for Test and Quiz Assessments
- Write your name on each page.
- Scanned each page into a single document.
- Post the single scanned document into the assessment post in Google Classroom.
- Double check that what you posted is scanned in a way that I will be able to read and print it. You can do this by clicking on what you posted in Google Classroom.
A few ways that you can scan as a single document.
- Notes utility on an iPhone.
- Select a new note.
- Select the camera icon
- Select Scan Documents
- Scan all the pages of assessment into the note.
- Select the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner.
- Select send a copy.
- Email the document to your school email . Make sure the “from” email is also your school address otherwise you might not receive it.
- Post to the assessment post in Google Classroom on your ChromeBook.
- Free App like Genius Scan, CamScanner and TIny Scanner.
- Information on Genius Scan (which is what I use).
- Make sure that you have “batch” selected in the upper right corner of the screen. This will allow you to scan multiple pages into one page.
- Email the document to your school email as a PDF. Make sure the “from” email is also your school address otherwise you might not receive it.
- Post to assessment post in Google Classroom on your ChromeBook.
- Google Doc.
- Take pictures of your assessment.
- Load the pictures into a single Google Doc.
- Make sure that I will be able to read and print your work from the Google Doc without editing your document.
