• Scanning Documents for Test and Quiz Assessments

    1. Write your name on each page. 
    2. Scanned each page into a single document.
    3. Post the single scanned document into the assessment post in Google Classroom.
    4. Double check that what you posted is scanned in a way that I will be able to read and print it. You can do this by clicking on what you posted in Google Classroom.

     

    A few ways that you can scan as a single document.

    1. Notes utility on an iPhone.
      1. Select a new note.
      2. Select the camera icon
      3. Select Scan Documents
      4. Scan all the pages of assessment into the note.
      5. Select the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner.
      6. Select send a copy.
      7. Email the document to your school email . Make sure the “from” email is also your school address otherwise you might not receive it.
      8. Post to the assessment post in Google Classroom on your ChromeBook.
    2. Free App like Genius Scan, CamScanner and TIny Scanner.
    3. Information on Genius Scan (which is what I use).
      1. Make sure that you have “batch” selected in the upper right corner of the screen. This will allow you to scan multiple pages into one page.
      2. Email the document to your school email as a PDF. Make sure the “from” email is also your school address otherwise you might not receive it.
      3. Post to assessment post in Google Classroom on your ChromeBook.
    4. Google Doc. 
      1. Take pictures of your assessment.
      2. Load the pictures into a single Google Doc.
      3. Make sure that I will be able to read and print your work from the Google Doc without editing your document.
