    1. Come to class prepared mentally and physically. 
      1. Be prepared to be engaged and an active learner. 
      2. Have the materials that you need with you as we start the lesson. 
        1. Math binder that was set up in the beginning of the year. The math textbook, loose leaf paper and graph paper should be in the binder.
        2. Pencils to write with. More than one encase the tip breaks!
        3. Chromebook
    2. Online Etiquette
      1. Be on time and prepared.
      2. Video must be on the student at all times with proper lighting so the students facial expression can be seen. 
      3. If there is an issue with wifi, parents need to email teachers directly.
      4. Technology issues will be submitted to the technology department. Please advise the school of these issues so they can be resolved before class, if possible.
    3. Daily Agenda with all the materials is posted on Google Classroom. 
    4. Homework 
      1. Homework is assigned daily and checked daily. 
      2. Homework assignments are posted on Google Classroom, Real Time (the new grading software) and discussed in class. 
      3. Homework assignments are checked for completeness. Be sure to follow the instructions.
      4. Late assignments accepted for partial credit until the unit test.
      5. Absent students must submit assignments in a timely fashion.
    5. Weekly Review 
      1. Weekly Review assignments are posted on Google Classroom, Real Time and discussed in class. 
      2. Weekly Reviews are assigned weekly and checked weekly. 
      3. Assigned through Castle Learning or MathXL. 
      4. Late assignments may be deducted 3 points per day late.
    6. Classwork 
      1. Exit Ticket or Check In is assigned to check the students basic understanding of the most recent lessons. 
      2. Completed usually at the end of class with the use of notes. 
      3. Exit Ticket or Check In is graded for accuracy (1 or 2 points).
      4. Absent students are excused from the assignment.
    7. Quizzes - there may be multiple quizzes during a unit.
      1. Quizzes are posted on Google Classroom, Real Time and discussed ahead of time in class.
      2. A variety of review assignments are provided. Students can also redo classwork, homework and summary problems to review. 
    8. Test - There is one test per unit.
      1. Tests are posted on Google Classroom, Real Time and discussed ahead of time in class.
      2. A variety of review assignments are provided. Students can also redo classwork, homework and summary problems to review. 
    9. Absent students 
      1. Absent students are expected to to access the class agendas and materials from Google Classroom. 
      2. Missing assignments are expected to be completed in a timely fashion.
    10. All grades are posted regularly in Real Time. 
      1. Students should check regularly.
