Mrs. Sarah St. Cloud

Welcome to 11th grade Personal and Career Development!

This is my fourth year at CHS. I previously taught math at PGMS for three years. I am a Floridian, but I also spent 13 years living in Michigan, where I attended Andrews University.

Students in this course will improve reading proficiency with explicit, direct instruction in fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The program directly addresses individual needs through integrated reading, listening, speaking, and writing methods. Students will read leveled, high interest literature for both academic and recreational purposes. Students will be reading informative nonfiction literature as well as novels throughout the year to strengthen their reading skills. Our goal is to create a learning environment that focuses on supporting a dynamic curriculum, engaging all students in the learning process.
