The School Based Health Centers provide prompt, convenient, quality healthcare to ALL enrolled students in the Mexico Academy & Central School District. The centers are state funded health care facilities and are an extension of ConnextCare. There are no out-of-pocket charges for services provided at the SBHC. We will bill most insurances and we accept what we receive as payment in full. There are some services, such as prescriptions, lab work, x-rays and referral appointments, which you would be financially responsible for. If you do not have medical coverage, ConnextCare has Outreach Coordinators that can assist you in obtaining insurance coverage.

The center's hours of operation follow the school schedule. When the centers are closed, patients are encouraged to call and use the Pulaski Health Center at 315-298-6564 for their health care needs.
