The Washington High School Little Blue Jay Cheer Clinic will take place Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the WHS gymnasium.
The clinic is open to children of all ages and abilities.
The fee is $25 per student, which includes a T-shirt and admission to the WHS varsity football game on Oct. 11.
Checks may be made payable to WHS Cheer Team.
Children attending the clinic will spend the evening learning cheers, chants, jumps and stunts. There also will be a visit from Bernie the Blue Jay and giveaways.
The students will then perform on Friday, Oct. 11, at approximately 6:30 p.m. prior to Washington’s varsity football game against Timberland.

Driven to Give
The Washington High School Cheerleaders host Driven to Give on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the WHS parking lot.
Test drive a vehicle from Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington. For every test drive, the WHS Cheer team receives $25.
Test drivers must be 18 years of age and an insured, licensed driver. One person per physical address.
