Clemco Industries Makes Donation to Engineering Department

Clemco Engineering DonationClemco Industries Corporation made a $5,000 donation to the engineering department at Washington High School and Four Rivers Career Center.

Clemco, located in Washington, features a team of engineers, designers, customer support professionals and manufacturing experts who design, assemble, integrate, and deliver a full range of blast machines, blast and peening cabinets, fully engineered blast rooms and blast accessories that incorporate advanced automation, controls, and robotics to safely prepare a wide variety of steel and metallic surfaces.

FRCC and WHS Engineering instructors Nick Straatmann and Dane Gough, along with some of their students, were on hand to accept the donation. Also on hand were School District of Washington Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Kephart, FRCC Director Philip King and WHS Principal Dr. Eric Turner.

Representing Clemco were Jared Hilton and Matt Ruble.
