Glitz & Glamour
Taylor High School Glitz & Glamour Show choir will be holding auditions for next year's group on Monday, February 13th from 3 - 4:30pm in the cafetorium. Auditions are open to anyone grades 8 - 11. No previous choir or dance experience necessary!! If you enjoy singing and dancing this may be for you!! Come and check it out!! Please email Mrs. Decker with any questions.
Titan Talent
Taylors Media Club is hosting a monthly competition called Titan Talent. For this competition, you can submit art through a google form that is attached below. The art you submit can be 2-D art, 3-D art, photography, jewelry, songs, stories, poems, video art, or digital art that you have created. Each month will have a specific type of art that can be submitted. To submit artwork, you will take your photograph and then upload it through the google form. Every submission gets 5 star points and the monthly winner gets more five star points or a gift card. February's theme is 2-D Art.
Seniors
If you are looking at starting a great career that will allow you to grow without attaining a four-year degree, start with a great trade in Electrical. Join us February 9th from 11:30 - 12:30 PM in room 261 (Decker’s room) for information gathering on what all Electrician’s actually do.
IUK information gathering will be held in the High School Computer Lab February 24th 9:30 - 10:15 AM.
Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday June 9th 7:00 PM.
The Plumbers, Steamfitters & HVAC Service Technicians Local 440 J.A.T.C. is now accepting applications to their apprenticeship program on a year round basis. All applicants shall be at least eighteen years of age or 17 years of age anticipating scheduled graduation that current year. Applicants shall be high school graduates, seniors on schedule to graduate or have attained a GED certificate. For more details see the bulletin board next to the counseling office.

HOBY Summer Camp
Good News! We have just found a sponsor for this camp for sophomores at Butler in June. There will be NO $225 cost mentioned in the first email! Information is in the Guidance Office; paragraph is due on February 15th.

FAFSA Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. Deadline is April 15.
Louie’s Tux Shop will be sponsoring the 10th annual statewide model search this fall. Two students will be named “top model” and will receive a $1000.00 college scholarship.

Lunch Deliveries
Students are not allowed to have food delivered to the school by delivery companies such as UberEats, DoorDash and others. Parents may drop off food for their students at the High School office.
