| Seniors be on the lookout for the Senior Survey which we be sent out on May 1st to your school email. This survey is for all seniors, even if you do not plan to attend college/university in the fall, We want to know what your plans are after graduation. |  |

Transcripts: Seniors be sure to register for Parchment, several emails have been sent to your school email. This is the only way we can send final transcripts to your college, university, military, etc. Diploma Names: Name verifications will be sent to your advisory classes on May 3rd. Please make sure to verify your name. Your name must match your birth certificate or passport. |
Cap & Gown Pick Up event will be held on campus on
May 19th from 2:15-3:30pm
Ice Cream for all Seniors that show up funded by the SRHS Alumni Association!
Make sure to bring any books, materials, equipment, uniforms you have collected over the years to the student store or to the cap & gown pick up event on May 19th or directly to the Student Store to clear your book bills
Book bills have been mailed home already

Prom is on the Fume Blanc boat in the SF Bay on Saturday, May 20th, from 7 pm - 11 pm

Tickets are $85, Guest Passes Available

The Statement of Awareness & Permission forms are due when purchasing a ticket.
Remember: it is important to get your permission slip signed and to buy your tickets EARLY!
ARRIVE AT THE SAUSALITO FERRY BUILDING AT or BEFORE 6:00!
If you are not at the boat by 7:00, it will leave without you!
There is parking near the Ferry Terminal but it is paid - bring money if you plan to park! We encourage you to be dropped off.

Mandatory Rehearsal - June 8th at 1:30pm
Welcome Speakers (English, Spanish, Vietnamese, other?) (A very short welcome to parents/friends/staff, etc) Under 1 min
Keynote Speakers (Speech should include something unique about your experience at SRHS, but also highlights that speak to and/or represent your entire graduating class.
No longer than 3 mins
Deadline to apply via 2023 Graduation Speaker Application is May 19th
Written Speech due May 22nd to @mrodriguez@srcs.org : Auditions will be held on May 25th
Graduation is on June 9th at 5pm
Seniors should be dropped off at the Gym by 4pm
4 tickets per family
Ticket Request Form due by May 26th
Every person must have a ticket, this includes toddlers and/or infants

Rehearsal is mandatory for ALL Seniors Thursday, June 8th directly after Finals Meet in Main Gym at 1:30pm Graduation tickets are handed out at rehearsal. |

Buses will pick up at school parking lot. Arrive at 9:00pm for security check. Their will be chaperones and security
No guests, no backpacks, sweatshirt or warm jacket and cell phones allowed
Buses take them back to SR parking lot, arrival time approximately 3:30am
