Diploma Names: Seniors please check that we have your name correct in your Aeries portals. If your name is not correct please notify Ms. Pipkin by email at djpipkin@srcs.org by May 6th. Your name must match your birth certificate or passport.
Cap & Gown Pick Up event will be held on campus on May 20th after school 2:00-4:00pm
Ice Cream for all Seniors that show up funded by the SRHS Alumni Association!
Make sure to bring any books, materials, equipment, uniforms you have collected over the years to the student store or to the cap & gown pick up event on May 20th or directly to the Student Store to clear your book bills
Book bills have been mailed home already
Senior Awards Night - June 2nd. Invitations will be mailed out.

PREPROM:
Our SRHS 2022 parent group will be hosting a pre-prom from 4:00 to 5:45 pm at the Marin Yacht Club. We will have professional photographers and food available. Any students and guests who are attending prom are welcome along with their families. Please carpool as parking is very limited!
PROM:
- Prom will be held at Embassy Suites in San Rafael/Terra Linda
- 101 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, CA 94903
- Prom check in will begin at 5:45. Prom is 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
- Our Prom is located in the main ballroom, Embassy Suites has asked for us to enter through the main lobby entrance and proceed to the back of the hotel where the ballroom is.
- Please note there are guests at the Hotel and we have to be mindful of that as we arrive.

Mandatory Rehearsal - June 8th at 2pm
Welcome Speakers (English, Spanish, Vietnamese, other?) (Very short welcome to parents/friends/staff, under 1 min)Keynote Speakers (Speech should include something unique about your experience at SRHS, but also highlights that speak to and/or represent your entire graduating class. No longer than 3 mins Deadline to apply via 2022 Graduation Speaker Application is May 19th (application posted on class of 2022 Senior Year Update page)
Written Speech due May 23rd to @ mrodriguez@srcs.org Auditions will be held on May 25th
Graduation is on June 9th at 5pm
Seniors should be dropped off at the Gym by 4pm
due to large graduating class and stadium capacity will issue 5 tickets per family
Ticket Request Form due by May 27th
Every person must have a ticket, this includes toddlers and/or infants
PLEASE ARRIVE BY 4PM - Please Carpool!
Throwing cap in the air not recommended. Please write your name on the inside of your cap
you may decorate your cap and must be approved
You may not decorate the gown, but can wear sashes, cords and leis
Block heels only - no pointed heels
