Military Conscientious Objector Status

The following resources are related to conscientious objectors:

  • www.objector.org    The Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors supports and promotes individual and collective resistance to war and preparations for war.
  • www.girights.org  This network of nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations provides information to service members about military discharges, grievance and complaint procedures.
  • HOPE – High School and College Outreach Peace Education, PO Box 386, Corte Madera 94976 (924-2347).  This local group is available to advise on conscientious objection and selective service registration.
