Guidelines and Forms

High School has two categories of community service requirements.   In order to qualify for the California Scholastic Federation, students must complete three hours of community service each semester.  Forms for reporting these hours are available from the CSF advising teachers.

Additionally, seniors are required to satisfy five hours of community service during their senior year.  Government teachers have the necessary reporting forms. Generic community service reporting forms can be obtained from the College and Career Center.   These forms are completed by the student and signed by the agency the student worked for.  It is important for you to keep track of community service hours in order to recall and write about them on post high school applications and to be able to produce proof of volunteering.
