How to print your own forms

If you are a DMS staff member, you can now print your own forms!  Here's how:

  1. Log into your school loop account
  2. In the upper right hand corner of your portal, click on the "groups" button
  3. Select the group "DMS Faculty"
  4. Look in the locker on the right-hand side.  You'll see many folders there.
    1. Current year documents – anything that changes from year to year – from bell schedules and maps to admin responsibilities and bus duty lists.
    2. DMS logos – tons of DMS logos for your use thanks to our resident Photoshop artist Mr. Runyeon!
    3. Policies and Procedures – School policy documents like discipline, intervention, attendance
    4. Student forms – forms a student would fill out from Student reflection sheets to I want to resolve a conflict or bullying report forms.
    5. Teacher forms – forms a teacher would fill out – from discipline referrals to intervention forms.  Also name tents for conferences, and evaluation packets.
    6. Teaching resources – great reference sheets like documents interpreting SRI and CELDT scores, ideas on how to use an instructional aide, even the draw cards modeled in a staff meeting.
Youtube resources

These websites allow you to enter a youtube video's URL and download that video as a file

I recommend downloading as an .mp4 file, which can be played on virtually any device

If you want to play a youtube video starting at a specific time other than the beginning, you can use:

Youtubetime: a tool for generating a URL to start a youtube video at a specific time (blocked, but a teacher account will have an override button)

Davidson subscribes to Discovery Education, which allows teachers to find high-quality videos and either stream or download them. See Mr. Singer or Emily for the school code to make an account.

Free online video editor: Wevideo (log in with your school google login). Can make up to 5 minutes of video per month for free (with a digital watermark at end), more for a subscription. Many students know how to use this tool already.

Did you know you can upload videos to your google drive and share them with a link?
