PCHS Class of 2020 Senior Spotlight: Emily K

Show some ❤ for today's Senior Spotlight, Miss Emily K! Emily plans to attend NCMC after graduation to obtain an Associates degree in Radiology. Emily's Activities and Awards: "I’ve participated in color guard and choir. In choir, I earned three silver medals (a score of 2) and one gold (a score of 1) at districts solo and ensemble and went on to state to earn another silver medal (state score of two). Emily's favorite memory: "I would have to honestly say, probably going to state for solo and ensemble. There were kids all over playing violins, flutes, and singing. It was amazing!" Emily's favorite quote: "Don’t worry about how many friends you make but how good you are to the ones closest to you." Emily's words of thanks: "I wanted to thank Terri Perkins for being a great color guard coach and Miss Ajia Whipp and Mrs. Michelle Booth for helping me to get to state over the years.
