PCHS Class of 2020 Senior Spotlight: Chloe T
Our next Senior Spotlight is Miss Chloe T! Chloe's plans after graduation: "I plan to attend NCMC, using A+. After a year at Trenton, I plan to transfer to the University of Missouri or Missouri State to major in Marketing and minor in Political Science." Chloe's Activities: "I was active in FBLA (3 years at PC, 1 at Schuyler, Reporter and President at PCHS), FCCLA (4 years) Vice President of Finance and President, DECA (3 years, Vice President and President), Interact (3 years, Vice President of Public Relations and President), SADD (2 years, Treasurer), NHS (2 years), Band (4 years, Drum Major), Varsity Cheer (4 years, Sideline Captain), Advertising Class (2 years). I was a national competitor with FCCLA (freshman year), FBLA (junior year, National Finalist- Top 12) and DECA (junior year). I have attended the Missouri Leadership Seminar, Girls State, and FRS Youth Tour." Chloe's Favorite PCR-I Memory: "I have so many fond memories from high school, but one that always sticks out was from my senior year when we beat our rival school in a nail-biting game. As a cheerleader, the football team made us feel so appreciated, as they rushed to the side to celebrate their victory with us. The crowd was wild for that night and everyone was simply ecstatic. A close second would have to be all the trips to nationals with my peers and advisors. They made those trips so special for me and my peers and made sure we knew our hard work had paid off." Chloe's Favorite Quote: "My favorite quote isn't so much of a quote, but more of a small phrase I like to keep in the back of my mind: "At least you are trying." There have been so many difficult moments throughout high school where the best I could do was to just try, so I hope to keep that in mind throughout my future endeavors." Chloe's words of thanks: "To all my advisors, teachers, and coaches, I just want to say thank you so much for believing that I could do my best. You all have been a light in my life and have made my high school experience mean something more than just education. I can never say thank you enough." #putnamproud #PCHSClassOf2020 #PCHSSeniorSpotlight #putnamstrong
