  5. COVID-19 Planning/Deputization – Melissa explained the new school indictor chart which shows where we are sitting as a county for cases of COVID in respect to the possibility of moving to hybrid learning or closures. These are updated on Riverstone Health’s website.  Melissa and Alisa will be trained and deputized by the Riverstone Health to conduct our school’s contact tracing if necessary.  Melissa also provided the board with the new Montana Outbreak Protocols as sent out by the Governor’s office.
  6. COVID-19 Safety Equipment – Andy gave a bid to Melissa of $900 for a mister and 1 gallon of solution to be used in it.  This was given via text and no paper version of the bid was given at this time. He has not heard from the electrician regarding the possible cost to installing UV lights in the building.

  4. Front Rain Gutters – Marilyn reported that Jeremy with MSGIA said we could get bids on the rain gutters damaged by hail last summer.  If not, we may get a payment on them for appearance allowance which is usually 20% of replacement cost.  The board would like to get bids on replacing the rain gutters before making a decision whether to replace them or not.
