Instructional Aide Opening: Pioneer Elementary is looking for a positive, caring individual to assist the certified staff in carrying out the duties associated with the care, direction and instruction of elementary students.
Duties Include: direct instruction to an individual or small group; recording data of student ability and effort; preparation of instructional materials; assisting students with mobility and self-care needs to include lifting, feeding, and changing; taking direction from supervising teacher; working collaboratively with regular education and other special education personnel; and other duties as assigned by administration.
The successful candidate will work to foster positive working relationships with all students and staff. Training and guidance will be provided. Previous experience with children a plus. Must be able to pass a background check.
Hours:
Part Time: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday – Friday
Health benefits and sick and vacation days are available. Rate of pay is $10.00 to $13.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
