New Immunization Requirements were updated in the Fall of 2015
A new school immunization requirement law went into effect last year October 1, 2015. If your child needs to complete their immunizations, a note will be sent home with highlighted areas. Please make an appointment with your physician or go to RiverStone Health Clinic for these immunizations as soon as possible. Turn in documentation to your elementary or middle school secretary.
