Dear Panther Families,
I am providing an update on where we are in terms of COVID-19 and navigating mitigation strategies. Effective February 25, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control announced that it was exercising its enforcement discretion to not require people to wear masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems. This means that the January 29, 2021, order requiring masks to be worn on public transportation no longer applies to school buses.
Effective Monday, February 28, 2022 masks will be recommended but not required on Pioneer’s school bus.
