The Dobie Longhorns football team is looking to get back on the win column after a disappointing 44-7 defeat against the Atascosita Eagles.
The 'Horns are now trying to improve their record of 4-3 in a district matchup against the struggling Sam Rayburn Texans (0-7) who lost to the Pasadena Memorial Mavericks 48-0 last week.
The Sam Rayburn Texans are currently in last place, while the Horns in sixth place.
The matchup will take place at Veterans Memorial Stadium on Friday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. It is now week eight of district play as the Longhorns attempt to make a run in the playoffs.
