After working in banking for years, I decided to pursue my passion and go back to college for teaching. I obtained my teaching certificate and degree in Elementary Education in 2013 from Central Washington University. In 2015, I finished my Master's degree in Elementary Math Education from WGU University. This is my seventh year teaching and my sixth year teaching second grade. I have three of my own children (ages 22, 18, and 15) and I am passionate about making every child feel important and welcome at school as well as making school engaging for all students.
