Volunteers support the local Mill Valley arts community in continuing a long tradition of outdoor performance on Mt Tam. The Mountain Play brings the entire community together to celebrate story, music and theater. Volunteer positions vary. Seasonal: May and June. Project Awareness And Special Sports (PAASS)
Together with high and middle schoolers who work as mentors and coaches, PAASS works with students with developmental delays and learning challenges to teach the mechanics of sports and to develop lasting bonds and relationships. The Tutor Corps Foundation supports students committed to making a sustainable impact in their community. Grants are awarded in the amount of $250, $500 and $750 for innovative projects that address community-based issues such as poverty, education, health or the environment.
