2023-2024 SPORTS PHYSICALS:
 2023-2024 Summer Physical Examination Letter (to be posted soon)
This letter will be mailed in June to students entering grades 7-12 for the upcoming school year.
Physical Examination Form

All student athletes interested in participating in sports for the 23-24 school year must have an updated physical on file.  The Athletic office is providing sports physicals on the following dates: 

Thursday, June 22  Girls 3:30 p.m. / Boys 4:15 p.m. 
Thursday, July 13   Girls 9:00 a.m. / Boys 9:45 a.m.
 Thursday, August 17  Girls 9:00 a.m. / Boys 9:45 a.m.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE COLLEGE BOUND ATHLETE:

  • Keeping track of core courses required by the NCAA is the parent and student’s responsibility. Please refer to the quick reference sheet when choosing your son/daughters courses they plan to take each year.
  • * Please note High School credits taken in Middle School will not satisfy core course requirements.
  • Students must apply to the NCAA Clearinghouse the summer after their junior year. They can do this by going online to www.ncaaclearinghouse.com. Authorization for release of records must be submitted to guidance upon applying to the clearinghouse.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to send their SAT scores through   www.collegeboard.com. The CEEB code is 9999.
