Mrs. Betsie Kennedy
Betsie grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Birmingham, Alabama to attend Samford University. She graduated from Samford in 2009 with a degree in early childhood/elementary/special education. Betsie has a master's degree in special education from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Betsie is a Certified Academic Language Therapist accredited through ALTA. Betsie received her language therapy training through the Shelton School in Dallas, Texas. She has thirteen years of experience teaching special education in grades K-6.
