Director's Message

Hello Excel TECC Parents and Students!  Once again, it has been an extremely successful year for our Excel TECC programs.  This year we celebrated 469 Excel TECC graduates throughout our 22 programs.  Because of their Excel TECC programs, our students have earned hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships, college credits, internships, full time jobs and most importantly they take with them the skills and knowledge from their program to the next journey in their lives.  Some of our students will continue their passion in post secondary education and some are entering directly into the workforce.  One thing remains central – Excel TECC has prepared them! To our graduating seniors, we wish you the best in all your future endeavors.  Always be proud that you were, are, and always will be a member of the Excel TECC Family!  Have a great summer everyone and Go Browns!

ABOUT EXCEL TECC
 
Welcome to Excel TECC! Excel TECC is a career technical consortium serving the ten school districts of Aurora, Beachwood, Chagrin Falls, Mayfield, Orange, Richmond Heights, Solon, South Euclid-Lyndhurst, West Geauga, and Willoughby-Eastlake offering twenty-two unique programs. Excel TECC’s primary objective is to prepare students to enter a 4-year college, a two-year technical school or the career of their choosing. Excel TECC serves over 1000 students with programs located throughout our districts as well as Auburn Career Center, Holden Arboretum and Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Students in Excel TECC programs are eligible to receive college credit upon successful completion of their program according to tech prep and CT2 standards and may receive anywhere from three to twenty five college credits.

Our programs set high standards and expectations for students to prepare them to leave high school with the skill set necessary to be successful.
