Logan City School district is responsible for Child Find identification and evaluation for all students who reside within Logan City School District.
If your child is having significant difficulty with communication, academic learning, behavior, vision, hearing, or is experiencing slow development typical for his/her age, he/she may be a child with a disability that requires specialized instruction through special education. If you suspect your school-age child may have a disability, please contact the principal at your neighborhood school or the district’s Special Education Department at 435-755-2304.
If your child’s age is 3 to 5 years, contact Riverside Preschool at 435-755-2337.
If your child’s age is birth to 3 years, contact Up to 3 Program at 435-797-3727.
