Student Mental Health
Student Mental Health services offered in Cache District include a three-tiered approach in delivering mental health services.View important information concerning your child/adolescent's mental health. Resources, information, and booklet are available here.
Elementary School Counselors are available at Canyon, Lewiston, Lincoln, Millville, Park, and Summit elementary schools, as part of a federal grant.

UCLA Center for Mental Health in Schools
This is a highly respected student mental health center at the University of California, Los Angeles. The site contains multiple quick links in such areas as an overview for mental health in schools, simple directions for browsing the site, an EXCELLENT search engine within the site, and practical suggestions for parents regarding children’s mental health. The site is very easy to navigate. -
School Psychiatry Program of Massachusetts General Hospital
It was created for (and by) parents, educators, and clinicians to support children and teens with possible or diagnosed mental health conditions.It helps parents and educators meet the needs of young people with depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and anxiety/stress disorders—including panic disorders, school-related anxiety issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD). Other disorders are also discussed with corresponding interventions. -
Anxiety Disorders Association of America
There are very good suggestions on how to help children overcome school anxieties, among many other youth-related concerns. Adults will also find this site helpful for themselves, loved ones, or friends. -
Student's First Project, The Howard Center, Vermont
There is an excellent observation form that parents can use to help determine if their child has a particular mental health concern and strategies to use at home to help the child.
