The selection of Logan Scholarship awards is based on merit demonstrated in a variety of ways:
Leadership in school
Civic and other extracurricular activities
Academic Achievement (suggested 3.0 or higher)
Financial need
Motivation to serve and succeed in all endeavors
Area of interest (such as trades)
Completing This Form
you will need:
List of school activities you have been involved in and the years of participation
List of awards and achievements
Your work history
Essay (500 words or fewer) – Tell the Logan scholarship committee why you intend to enter postsecondary education, what you hope to accomplish with the skills/knowledge/degree you earn, and any special needs or circumstances (financial, academic, and/or personal) that have impacted your journey to this point.
