This is my seventh year at RMS, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to work for such an amazing school! I found my passion for teaching while majoring in theatre at Troy University (in Troy). I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in English Language Arts & Secondary Education at Troy Dothan. My prior experience includes working as a Teacher's Aide (for Reading Intervention) at Northview High School and as a classroom teacher at Honeysuckle Middle School (7th grade English).

Despite all the challenges that we've faced since the spread of Covid, I am excited and thankful to be back at RMS; and I am looking forward to working with you and your student. 

Online Instructional Information: Our school will continue to utilize Schoology in order to provide quality instruction both in the classroom and digitally. Your student will access ALL school apps and websites through ClassLink. (This means they will only have ONE log-in. Everything they need will be available to them via the Classlink cloud.)

Please also note that Houston County Schools is utilizing a system called PowerSchool to post grades and attendance. Parent Portal information for this system must be obtained through the front office. (Your child's teachers are not privy to this information.)
