As principal, I would like to welcome you to Columbia, Alabama, and Houston County High School. At HCHS we hope to offer each child a chance for a world class education that gives them the tools to succeed in today’s world.

Each of our classrooms is equipped with the latest technology including: projectors, smart board technology, document cameras, chromebooks, Interwrite pads, desktop computers, laptops, iPad labs, and clickers. Faculty members are encouraged to use this technology to the fullest.

Parents are encouraged to attend Parent-Teacher Conference Nights and any of the extracurricular activities offered by the school. If parents have any questions or concerns about a school issue, please contact the school to have them resolved as quickly as possible.
