The attached is the newer version of Vocabulary's CODE from Thoughtful Ed.  It is more user friendly and self-explanatory than the one we have in our folder.  There are many ideas and graphic organizers that you may use.  Remember, it you  use it, to record when and what you used on the Reading Vocabulary Checklist.
