    Grapevine families,

I am extremely honored to be a Grapevine Wildcat. I have worked in education for 10 years in Hopkins County as an elementary teacher and curriculum coordinator. I have a passion for education, and I love seeing all students experience success in social and academic growth. I have a strong commitment to helping students achieve success, and I understand the importance of supporting teachers and appreciating their hard work. I look forward to creating an atmosphere that fosters success of our students as well as building partnerships with families and community members.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Murray State University, a Masters of Reading and Writing from Murray State University, and a Rank I in Administration from University of Cumberlands.

I was born and raised in Hopkins County. I grew up in Mortons Gap and currently reside in Nortonville. My husband, Todd, and I have an 18 month old son, Wyatt. Todd served in the Army for 8 years and currently works for TVA. We love to spend our free time with family and outdoors with our 3 fur babies. I also love to read, walk, and travel with my family. My favorite title is Mom, and I am a strong believer in putting our families first. Mother Tersea says, "If you want to change the world, go home and love your family."

The 2020-2021 school year will be different than what we are familiar with, but I am confident that our Wildcat faculty will ensure the safety of our students! Our teachers have my full support and trust to handle the challenges this year will bring. They are excited to teach our students!
