Welcome to the Hanson Elementary Library Media Center website! 

It is my privilege to be in the media center at Hanson Elementary and have the opportunity to share my love of reading and books with your child. 

I will be discussing and reinforcing the good habits they have learned at home such as how to handle a book carefully, safe places to keep books, and returning books on time with the students.  Books should be returned on the students’ library day in order to check out an additional book.

In our library, we do not charge fines for late books.  However, we do charge for book damages.  These may include replacing the book.  If the book is lost, we charge the cost to replace the book.
