GOAL
To equip students with the employability and technical skills required for employment and/or advanced training in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

The Culinary & Hospitality Academy prepares students for careers in the hospitality industry with a focus on food safety & allergies, beginner and advanced knife skills, recipes, event planning, and foundations of baking and pastry arts.
