ACT – American College Test

This test measures skills in reading, English, mathematics, and science reasoning. The ACT test is based on information you're learning in high school and it's accepted by all four-year colleges and universities in the United States. Students who have done well on their CST's usually do well on the ACT. The ACT Plus Writing includes four multiple choice tests in English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science plus a 30-minute Writing Test.

CSU schools, UC schools, and most private schools will accept this test for admission.

This test is recommended in the spring of your junior year.
