    New GUSD program providing services for students with disabilities (17-22 years old) with IEPs who have finished high school, but have not earned a diploma, and need continued support following a plan for their future. 

     


    GOALS

    Just 3 goals.  We support students as they:

     

    LIVE                      Prepare to live independently

     

    RELATE               Establish and maintain a strong social network

     

    WORK                  Seek and maintain employment

     


    How TRECK Works

    1. SET GOALS

    independent living, relationship, & employment goals

     

    2. CREATE OBJECTIVES

    all the small steps between now and when goals are met

     

    3. MAKE A PLAN

    what, when, where, and how things will get done

     

    4. START & FOLLOW THROUGH

    work, college, volunteer, career education, connection to agencies, & independent living skills practice with support as needed

     

    5. RE-EVALUATE

    re-thinking the plan & making changes as needed
