New Student Application Instructions

1. Read the Online Orientation

2. Complete and submit the New Student Application, along with the following documentation:

Unofficial transcript for current 9th-12th grade students

Most recent report cards for TK-8th and incoming 9th grade students

Middle/High School Counselor Checklist for current 6th-12th grade GUSD students at a middle or high school campus

Once the application and all required documentation have been received, a Verdugo Academy representative will contact the parent/guardian to schedule a reading and writing assessment.
