Welcome to the 2023-24 school year.  Let's soar in second grade this year! 

Reading and writing are two of my favorite things to teach and we will grow in both areas.  Math Masters be on alert, since we will be learning all kinds of amazing common core math skills, starting with a strong conceptual base and building skills on top of that foundation.  We will enjoy PE, art, social studies, music, science, and so much more together. 

Our journey is not limited to academics.  We will all grow in independence, self- regulation, social skills, kindness, and character.  Our classroom is a special family of learners who are learning to work co-operatively.

Second grade is a magical and amazing learning year.  Let's get started and do great things together.
