The Board of Education of the Germantown Central School District invites proposals to provide contract(s) for the transportation of student(s) July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029. Proposals must be submitted in a clearly labeled envelope to Germantown Central School District, 123 Main St, Germantown, New York, 12526 Attn: Rebecca Van Alstyne, Transportation Coordinator by 12 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2024. Proposals must be completed in full, labeled clearly “RFP Transportation of Pupils 2024-2029” and include all requested documentation.

A copy of all Request for Proposal, general information, conditions, and specifications may be obtained from the District Business Office at 123 Main St, Germantown, New York, 12526 or by email at rvanalstyne@germantowncsd.org. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any informalities discovered within.
