Who are school-based speech-language pathologists (SLP)?
We are members of the educational support team who work with students to help them improve their communication skills. We promote and support students’ academic and social success.
What do SLPs do?

Speech sound disorders (articulation)
Fluency (stuttering)
Voice
Vocabulary
Receptive language (understanding language)
Expressive language (state knowledge and opinions)
Pragmatic Language (using language in social situations)
