Expanded Learning Club is a fee-based program, however your school or family may qualify for a fee-waiver. More information on fee-waiver qualifications is below. For the fee-based program it is a prepayment program. Payment in full is due on the first of each month of service.

If the payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed. Nonpayment may result in your student being dropped from the Expanded Learning Program.

Fee-Waiver Qualifications
Through ELOP funding we are able to offer fee-waivers if your student meets one of the following qualifications:
1) English Learner. This is an official designation through the school district based on your student's primary language and English proficiency.
2) Homelessness
3) Foster Youth
